Attachments: Resolution 2019-19 Stormwater Fee Update.pdf; Hi Chaunee, I’m doing research on the accounts for the Avison Lumber properties in preparation for a response to their appeal. Account 3.005.00.026 has 53,887 SF of impervious surface. That is a multiplier of 18.08 (53,887 divided by 2,980). Their monthly bill should be $3.87 x 18.08 = $69.97. They are only getting charged $3.87 per month for storm. Please update account for this next billing. Resolution was affective 12/11/2019.Total billed from 12/31/19 to 04/30/20 was a total of $19.35. Total amount due for that period is $349.85. Unless our code says otherwise, I believe they need to be billed for the difference which is $330.50 to get caught up through 04/30/20. Please verify current accounts for 525, 535, 545, and 565 W Main and verify that each account is being billed properly. I have not been able to verify that Avison Lumber has been paying for storm for 565 W. Main since 01/2020. They have 65,021 SF of impervious surface totaling $84.44 per month. They appear to owe the difference for 01/2020 through 04/30/2020 which comes to $419.48. According to our code, storm is paid by the property owner unless impervious surfaces are removed to reduce or eliminate impervious surface calculation. Thanks.
