Subject: Local Road and Street Finance Questionnaire – Missed Deadline

The September 30^th deadline for submitting a response to the Local Road and Street Finance questionnaire has passed. You are receiving this email because I have not your received your agency’s response.

Some of you, listed in RED font below, have contacted me and advised that your response would be late and we have agreed to a new delivery date. The rest have not yet established a date extension.

Reporting on the use of your federal funding is a requirement of receipt of those funds. If you have not yet contacted me to discuss your timetable for completing your questionnaire I strongly suggest that you do so at your earliest opportunity. If we have agreed to a new date, please work toward meeting that date. I have my own deadline to complete and submit the report to the federal authorities, and that date is not negotiable.
