Thanks Chaunee. Have spoken with her and Dan this morning. LGI who is building homes out in Bear Creek is giving her a hard time and we are in a little battle of wills with them right now. She is better today.

Subject: Phone Call Concern

Chaunee,

At 3pm on 07/06/2018 I could overhear Brenda on the phone with a contractor. She was very upset about an email that had been received by the City complaining about her. She was confronting the person on the phone as to the validity of the items they complained about even to the point of accusing the person of stating untrue things.

The call was uncomfortable to listen to as it carried a very personal tone. She was upset and verbalizing how upset and “hurt” she was, making it clear to the person she was speaking to that she was so upset by what they did and the lies. She had been attacked by the email and was clearly defending herself. She was not loud or rude – just the tone was personal and hurt. Seemed odd for a professional phone call.

I have no idea who she was speaking with.

She discussed the call with Aldo when she got off the phone.
