Attached is the document to be sent with our bill this month. Freedom Mailing said it would be great to get a day earlier than when the billing is usually sent to them. It can be sent separate from the Utility Bill as well.

Gerald put the account that it is to be charged to below in his email. There will be more inserts in the next couple months to come.

I just talked to Freedom mailing and we send approximately 2520 bills (others are express bill pay)

Folding and insert cost for 8.5x11 -2 sided page =.016¢ each page $40.32

Folding and insert cost for 11x17 (4 sides) = .018¢ each page $45.36

Plus

Printing 8.5x11 2 sided = 2520 x .061¢ each page $162.00

Printing 11x17 2 sided = 2520 x .086¢ each page $ 217.00

Total Estimated cost for 8.5x11 2 sided = $202.32

Total Estimated cost for 11x17 2 sided = $262.36

They would prefer we got in a day or so early.
