Thanks, Gerald. Please have finance make the $1500 payment. I’ve drafted the attached to notify the plaintiffs. Please review and ensure its accuracy, and I’ll transmit to the plaintiffs once the payment is made.

Subject: RE: July Irrigation

Hi Mark,

From the aeration basin we hauled a total of 167.30 dry tons in 11 truck to the landfill in Wasco County Landfill. In regards to the July DMR, we had 3 non consecutive days where we did not meet the daily Class A most probable number coliform limit of 23. We were just barely over each day. The days that this happened were on July 2nd, 10th, and 31st. Let me know if that equates to a $1500 payment and I will have Finance transfer the funds. Thanks.

BTW – this wouldn’t be a problem if DEQ would get off their ass and approve the RWUP. Still haven’t received a response from them on that, the DRC change, and some other items. I have also not heard a peep about the permit modification and we are running out of time for a Council hearing on the WWMP. Starting to slip back into my pissed off mode with them.

Regards,

Gerald & Andy:

How did we do in July? Any violations or failure to meet Class A?

Thanks,

Mark
