FYI

It was just discovered that there was a glitch in the payroll system January of 2018. As of December there were 3 employees that did not use their 2017 floating holiday. According to the personnel manual and the teamsters contract, you use it or lose it. Each employee accrued an additional 8 hours in January of 2018. I have reversed the extra 8 hours off of each of the following employees. They do all still have 8 hours of floating holiday in their accrual banks.
