Hi Chaunee,

I looked at the asbuilts for Grange, Stowers, and Heintz and here is what I found.

2014 Grange – From asbuilts. No sanitary sewer work. Storm work included remove and replacement of 3 catch basins.

2014 Heintz – From asbuilts. No sanitary sewer work. Storm work included remove and replacement of 1 catch basin.

2014 Stowers – From asbuilts. No sanitary sewer work. Storm work included remove and replacement of 6 catch basins.

2015 Heintz – From bid tabulation. No sanitary sewer work. Storm project cost was $312,803 (36.75%) for Schedule A and $5,984 (2.43%) for Schedule B in construction costs. I have no electronic records in the file of how much was paid to HDJ for design work.

2016 Molalla – From pay estimates. Sanitary Sewer $36,401 construction and $13,126 design, Storm $502,629 construction and $179,027 design.

I have looked in our finance system and our accounts payable files. It appears that there were summary invoices but no details as to what should be allocated to waste water or storm water.

We are trying to find out how much money was spent on Waste Water and Storm Water for the following projects:

Stowers

Grange

Heintzs

Molalla Avenue

Do you have a way to recreate any of this information with your files that you have?
