Here is the Resolution and I have checked it against the minutes and it passed minus the street fee which they drew a line through.

Heather, Gerald, or Kelly,

It looks like the storm fee was increased in March or April of 2016 from $2.00 to $3.00. I can’t find a resolution. Do any of you know of one?
