Hi Chaunee,

About a year ago we discussed having a timesheet training so that all
staff understood the state rules and how this stuff is calculated and
then, long pause :), we got busy with account audits, WWTP-DEQ issues,
etc. We should discuss resurecting this training and going over the rules
with all staff so we don't have these issues going forward. Mostly, they
don't know what the rules are for time. Let's set up a plan of attack for
rolling this out. Thanks.

Aldo put 4 hours of overtime on his timesheet and Brenda put 1.5 hours of
comp time earned.
Neither of these are correct. We did not catch them until after payroll
was processed.
For overtime purpose according to BOLI there has to be 40 hours worked.
Leave time does not count towards hours worked.
Maybe we can discuss what the options are for the future at our Staff
Meeting tomorrow.
