Subject: S&P Global questions - ASAP

Importance: High

I have to get this report completed today for S&P Global and there are still questions that I can’t answer.

Can either of you answer any of the following questions?

1.Is the City aware of any pending regulatory or environmental actions against it in relation to the water or wastewater system?

2.Is City aware of any pending or threatened litigation against it in relation to the water or wastewater system?

3. What is the anticipated growth of the City and when it City expects buildout?

Thanks,

Chaunee Seifried |Finance Director
