Grace Church is well beyond our sewer improvements on N. Molalla Avenue and they have a septic system. The sewer improvements end south of Glory Lane.

I just talked to them about their storm fee but I also have a question as to why they are not paying sewer. Does anyone know how to find out if they are supposed to be on sewer?
