Bulk water is identified in the services costs that we recently updated only that I am aware of. We only have bulk water meters for construction and suppression of dust to keep DEQ and the community happy. There is not charge for the meter, only a deposit. The duration is typically less than a year and we only charge the use portion of the water.

Gerald,

I can’t find anything in the code for bulk water. We have been selling bulk water in some cases but we are needing to find out what we want to do and establish a policy or put it in the code. Any ideas?
