Hi All,

October 3^rd through 20^th is Open enrollment for Supplemental Life Insurance. If you want to make any changes or add supplemental Life Insurance I have attached the instructions. The web address to make changes is www.cisbenefits.org and follow the instructions.

This does not affect the coverage that the City pays for: $30,000 for Basic Life and $30,000 of AD&D Insurance. Again the only change you need to make is for additional supplemental Insurance.

This must be completed by October 20^th.
