1. Set out Barricades, detour, no parking as shown in the Traffic Control Plan at '\\dc1\public\Operations\LinkedRecords\TrafficControlPlan_CelebrateMolallaEvent.png'
2. clean up the tent in advance and set it up as shown on that map.
3. Track everything you do for this event in a work order with the text 'CELEBRATE MOLALLA EVENT'.
4. If the weather is forecast to be windy we will need to also provide sandbags for each Type III barricade.
If we are missing anything we need for this plan let Supervisor know. We'll need to Rent from someone like EZ Rentals in Salem.
