Molalla fire has no issues with the event. However, there has been fire safety issues in the past with the food vendors at these events. Augustin, You will need to come by the fire station and pick up a copy of the safety requirements for food vendors. It will be your responsibility to make sure that each food vendor receives a copy of these requirements and understands the importance of following them. I will inspect the food vendors for compliance with the safety requirements the day of the event. You will need to provide an escort during the inspection, in case I can not communicate with one of the vendors.
