Perhaps this would be a good topic of discussion at a weekly staff meeting?
The Special Events ‘lull’ begins around late October, early November. If we are going to update practices, that might be a good time to send notification to our folks with regular events. Then they will have ample notice for their events come late spring, early summer.

At first glance everything looks in order. My only concern and comment would be. Do we have/require business license for the security company, food vendor and alcohol vendor all of which per code would be required. I don’t know what has been required in the past.
This would also hold true for Molalla Buckaroo vendors/contractors.
