I believe that Bolander and parking in it is part of Rotary. This is a first and we don’t have staff on duty on Saturday’s. The only other option is for her to work with the church on 211 and they may have stuff already planned.
Andy – Do you see an issue with opening a gate on Friday and closing it on Monday?

Subject: Grad Party - Use of Bohlander
This is an interesting request and I’m not sure how to handle it.
This lady is having a big backyard BBQ for her daughter’s high school graduation and would like to use some of Bohlander Field for overflow parking. Please see her note to the City and the diagram in her application.
Is this something that needs to be run through PD, FD, and PW? She filled out a Park App, but not an Event Permit. Do you feel it requires one?
HELP, Please.
And Thank You,
Christie
