Correction. I had my intersection wrong. No state permit required.

While I understand this is a fund raiser and support these kinds of things, it also causes unnecessary traffic congestion followed by inpatient people taking chances and potentially causing accidents. Nothing is stopping them from filling the boot on their property and not effecting traffic on City streets. That being said and provided we don’t receive complaints about traffic or have fender benders here are my conditions.

Approved with the following conditions

1. If traffic backs up to Heintz Street or the south side of Long Park along Molalla Avenue then they need to stop collections and let traffic clear.

2. If traffic backs up to Center on Robbins then they need to stop collection and let traffic clear.
