If this is a horse and rider thing then I have no issue with it as long as they don’t have a horse go bonkers and do damage to property and vehicles. They need to clean up any biscuits from the roadway before traffic drives on it and makes a mess. And most importantly, now that we have a new insurance agent of record, all things must be vetting by him.
