Molalla Fire no issues with the following conditions:

1. The road cannot blocked in such a manner that immediate opening of the road cannot be achieved.
2. The event organizers will need to post responsible personnel at each end of the closure that is capable of providing Immediate access in case of emergency. This will include removing all obstructions including people from the road way.
