Hi Leota,
We have to barricade off the roadway where the pedestrians will be walking which at a minimum requires 2 type 3 barricades. We also have a single type 3 at the north and south end for Local Traffic Only to allow residents not in the closed area to go south of 3rd and north of 7th. We cant have other traffic driving down the street because there is no way for them to turn around safely and it is a liability issue for the City and safety issue for the pedestrians and party goers. Those folks who are between the single and double type 3 barricades will still have access to their properties. Thanks.

Thank you for the visual! This is a change. I hadn't seen any plans that included closing Molalla Ave beyond 4th St on the North or the Dibble House on the south nor was I advised of a change to the plan as submitted with one revision at 4th St. None of these residents have been notified. I think it's too late to close down ingress and egress for these houses. Can those signs be changed "no thru traffic"?

Andy, thank you so much. I appreciate your flexibility. Please add it to the drop at 5th & Molalla, with the ones that will be used for closing the street.

Councilor we will handle this of course. One question… the additional barricade needed on 5th St: is 5th at May a good spot to leave it?
Thanks,

Hello, it's me again!
At out meeting today, we discovered we need additional barricades to hang a sign on. No new locations just need to add one more at each of these three spots:
Molalla High School
City Parking Lot on Ross St
5th St
