Hi Andy,
Please ask the crew one final time on Tuesday’s operations meeting if anyone wants to volunteer. They get paid the going holiday rate per the contract. If none agree then let Chris and Ronda know and assign the on-call person to drive the vactor truck in the parade. Thanks.

Subject: 1 volunteer
Stg Long, I have 1 volunteer for the parade this year: Jaimee Searcy our new Quality Analyst. I haven’t heard back from anyone else on our Crews offering to volunteer, so unless they’ve communicated directly with you, this is all we have. Let me know if this is not okay, I’m not sure what past practice was, and we can discuss with Gerald.
Thanks,
Andy Peters
