I’ll contact the school. We have already received verbal facility use permission.

We were very vigilant last year with regards to proper spacing/clearance through roadways.(but always a good reminder)

And this year again, the high school softball team will be assisting with all parking.

I’ve had a chance to talk with our Department Heads regarding your event. Please see the following statements or requirements:

Lieutenant Mike Penunuri, Molalla Fire Department states:

* Molalla Fire is OK with the event with the following conditions:

1. Access to the event is maintained at all times.
2. The slide outs on RV’s do not obstruct travel lanes.

Chief Rod Lucich:

* This is a very big event with lots of RV’s parked at the grade school. The only problem in the past that we and the Fire Dept. require (not speaking for them) is that they leave adequate clearance in their parking to give clear access for emergency response vehicles.

Public Works Director, Gerald Fisher:

* We require they provide us with a letter or email from the school district authorizing parking of RV on their campus.

The City will need you to comply with these conditions in order to approve your permit. If you have any questions, please let me know.
