Attachments: Halloween Detours.png; Morning Dan, Here is the map Andy prepared. With your approval this will be the official detour for all future Halloween’s. I also recommend that you preapprove this for the Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony so that there is consistency year after year on both events. Once that is done Andy can clean up and add Christmas (if approved) and then get you a clean copy to send to the Chamber so that they know it is locked in marble. That should eliminate requests in the future from the Chamber to change something and they can submit the closure we provide to them with their event application every year in the future.
