Thanks for the info Gerald.

I spoke with my manager Audrey O’Brien, and she confirmed that this is a 2-day event (June 1 & 2). The reason you didn’t know about the June 2 day until yesterday was because we didn’t get that far in planning yet. I can fill out the permit requesting use of the property. Can you direct me to that document or link?
