Please coordinate downtown Christmas Tree Lighting event. PW will set out
barricades and detour signs for PD to set up and remove. Permit for this
year can be found at
"\\dc1\public\Operations\2017ChristmasTreeLightingPermit.pdf" Gerald's
exact instructions: Maintenance Division will set out signs and barricade
on Friday Dec 22nd and will pick up on Tuesday Dec 26th. Maintenance
Division will be responsible for setting out sufficient barricades and
signage so that there are no overtime callouts for extra signs and
barricades. No overtime or duty callouts are authorized for this event.
That being said, and this is your first year, Andy, with this event, the
Maintenance Division staff are well aware of what needs to be set out to
make this a successful and seamless event. Thanks and let me know if you
have any questions.

All,
Please see the attached special permit for the upcoming Tree Lighting
ceremony. The Chamber will also be installing red ribbons on the black
light poles to add a little color to town.
Any questions, please let me know.
Thanks so much,
