The permit does not indicate whether police assistance is requested.

However based on past events, if Public Works can see to it that

barricades are located at Main and Ross, officers will try to put them in

place. This, of course, could be derailed by a priority call if that

would happen, in which case staff might have to deputize people to lend a

hand.

Other than that, I have no problem with this permit.
