I have the main gate open today for the delivery of the trash can and toilet. Shannon should be going by later today to lock them back up. Ilene, you might drive by or have Amy check to night to lock it back up if Shannon doesn't lock it back up.

Sadie,
I just found out that there is a 2 day dog show scheduled at Clark Park this weekend, in addition to the Circus on Saturday and Sunday and the Mexican Festival on Sunday.
Because the Chamber has advertised free parking for the Circus, we had thought we would just leave the gates to the parking lot locked all day Saturday and on Sunday, until 11:30am. I will be there then to open the gates and to charge for parking for the Mexican Festival.
If we don’t leave the gates to the parking lot closed I’m afraid people will just park willy nilly in the parking lot and it will make things messy for the Mexican Festival.
The Chamber is completely on board with this and is putting up signs regarding parking for the Circus. We will try to direct any Circus traffic towards the back of the Buckeroo arena, unless someone is just adamant about parking in the Rotary parking lot.
I wanted to let you know our plans so everyone is on the same page regarding parking this weekend.
