Importance: Normal

Hi Sadie,

There were no effects on PW that I remember. As long as they keep things cleaned up and don’t block the entrance to our shops facility I think it will be OK. The rest of the issues they had were related to administration, coordination with the school district, and emergency services. Thanks.

Regards,

Sadie, My conditional approval is exactly the same as Lt. Penunuri’s. Who will take responsibility for, oversee and ensure that these parking clearances are observed? If emergency vehicle can’t negotiate in and out in case of an emergency, safety for many can be compromised. I will sign if this assurance is met.

All,

Here is the BMX ap. I know there were some emergency access issues last year. Please review and provide conditions or changes to the ap that need to be made.

Thanks,

Sadie

Subject: New Event

Hi there,

Here is another new event. It’s saved in the Y drive to Park Applications/Pending, as well as listed on the event spreadsheet.

Thanks,

C.
