Please see attached approval from Public Works with conditions on back.

This event will be a dry camping event with no campfires. All roadways and

emergency accesses will remain open at all times. All traffic control will

be performed by licensed flaggers with the state of Oregon. No blocking or

staging of traffic will be allowed on Shirley Street. Thanks.
