All,

Attached is the Special Event Permit, along with the OLCC Permit and map

for this event. All conditions have/will be met.

If you need anything else, please let me know, as I'll be in touch with

Christie,

Although the Molalla Police Department does not have an issue with the

event and they are not requesting police assistance, I am not seeing any

documentation or provision for security inside the venue and any alcohol

monitors mentioned. This is information that OLCC will be interested in

before they approve a permit. As far as police assistance, we hope not,

when alcohol is served, trouble can follow.

All,

This application is for a soccer group out of Portland. They're ready to

play some futbol at our Buckaroo Grounds!

Clackamas County is running way behind on permits, these guys submitted a

month ago. I read an email on the contact guys phone today that the permit

should be here by Thursday. They know they can't serve alcohol without the

permit.

I'm hoping to get pre-approval from all of you. This is going to be a

pretty large event.

Any questions, please let me know.

Best Regards,

Christie DeSantis
