Just a quick rundown….Vince, Rod and some of the Chamber people and I met on June 12th. It was stressed by Vince there would be no camp fires and stoves needed to be off the ground on tables and lanterns would need to be off the ground as well if they are fueled. They were to add this and other items to their “campground rules form”.
Dan and I have made contact with the Chamber over the last 2 days asking about the permits. There was some confusion on who was doing what in their group. As soon as we receive it, the packet will be sent out to you all for review and input. The pre-event planning meeting on the 12th was to review what they did have, make recommendations and requirements that needed to be made to their materials and overall plan. They were to then send the event application and park use application which was given to them at that meeting.

Hi Sadie – Has Grant Sharp submitted the proper paperwork and requested the use of Bolander Field. There will be no camp fires or other campground style activities allowed on this location. Thanks.
