Looks like PW has swept the handicap parking area, and the owner of the truck told me Make-a-Wish will be there on 6/29/17 between 1100 and 1500 to remove the truck. She told me she would clean up the tall grass, but just in case PW might want to check on Friday.

Rod – Can You guys check on the pickup. If it is parked where Mitch states it is it would be parked on city property.
Gerald – Maybe run the sweeper through there if it is not already planned.

Dan,
I was asked to talk to the city on two things with the parking lot.
1st. Is it possible to have the city run the street sweeper over the handicap parking area from where the sand was dumped to clean that up before the 4th.
2nd. Is it possible to do something about the white pickup that is parked just outside the Heintz St gate that hasn't moved in a couple years. It is right in front of the berm by the gate and when we cleaned up the berm the other day, the guy then dumped a bunch of boards between the pickup and the berm. I am assuming that he doesn't like people walking through there and that is why he put the stuff there.
On these two items, I'm just asking. Let me know if either can be done.
