Here are the Fire Departments conditions. To date, you should have gotten

the conditions for Public Works, Police, Administration and now Fire. If you

have any questions regarding the conditions for approval please let me know.

Also, if you could send a current registration count out to us all when you

get a chance please.

Molalla Fire has the following comments regarding the event:

1) No camp/bon fires will be allowed during the event.

2) If charcoal BBQ's are allowed, ashes must be disposed of in a metal

receptacle.

3) Access road width will need to be maintained at all times.
