Good morning all,

Just wanted to update everyone on the Moon Shadow Over Molalla event. After a lot of consideration and planning, we have decided to cancel the Moon Shadow Over Molalla event. After looking at the potential hard costs of putting on the event and the possibility of having to pay for police and fire overtime as well as having to get trained for traffic control, we will not be holding the event. Currently there are only a handful of reservations and day passes that are sold, so we will be issuing refunds to those individuals.

Thank you all for all of your work and dedication on the planning for this, but the stars just didn't align for this one to work out for the community.

Sadie, If you could please cancel the permit application.
