Good Morning Tara,

There is concern regarding the campground rules. At the meeting on 06/18

we discussed several things. I see the pet portion, no alcohol and quiet

times were added. The following needs to be added as discussed:

- No campground/open fires of any kind.

- Cooking stoves and BBQ's must be elevated off the ground or placed on a

table.

- Propane and fueled lanterns need to be elevated off the ground and

secured.

Also, in your daily activities agenda it shows a campfire and s'mores on

August 20th. Has the Fire Department reviewed your campground fire set up?

Is it contained and elevated? Is an adequate water source going to be

onsite in case the fire becomes uncontained?
