Thank you for the e-mail. Can you tell me how many people have registered for the event to date. It is our understanding that the Tulip Festival site is fully booked which is concerning for us at a city and public safety level. If you can keep us apprised on the registration counts as the event day approaches on a weekly basis we can gauge what resources we may need to accommodate or if there will be the need for police overtime coverage which would need to be paid for by the Chamber as any other large event of this nature.
