Dennis and Adam know what they need and the carnival folks will need to contact them directly to coordinate hookups. Dennis meters the water and power and they have to reimburse the City. The carnival brings in a large generator for their big stuff. Thanks.

Do you know what they have done in the past for power and water?

Hi,

Just some FYI’s:

History: The $1K is for possible damage and other incidentals. Also, I was unaware that they were plugging in for power so we might need to address what is being plugged in and assess a fee since we are paying PGE. Dennis and the crew might know what they are plugging in. If I am off base let me know…

· I received the $1000 deposit for the Carnival. The bulk water meter is usually set up and we can take the costs for that out of the deposit.

· COL has been received.

· They will need access to power and water. The crew should know the routine.

· The permit is ready for review/signature and can be done in the next week or 2.

Thanks,

Sadie

Good afternoon,

I dropped off the deposit for the Buckaroo’s Carnival. I also included their set up and planned locations of rides for the event. (Google Map)

As usual please have the sprinklers marked and stop the irrigation a few days before the Carnival sets up. Crystal Hoss, an owner, dropped these items off today while the offices at the city were closed. Things I am thinking about we might need to be clear on are water use, their housing facilities, electrical connections etc.

This is a new firm for the Buckeroo, so I would like to be sure and cover all these items before they get here. This is the same company that produces the State Fair Carnival now. They are the thrill ride firm that winters their equipment here and do a lot of their maintenance here too. They have a very good reference and a great reputation.

Thank you for your assistance and support.
