Attachments: scan.pdf; scan.pdf; Hello All, Attached are the event permits for the Buckeroo events, excluding insurance, ODOT permits, OLCC permits, transportation plan maps, deposits, etc. · I need to know what we are going to require this year as far as deposits. We’ve tried two ways: last year was $1,000 per day, the year before I believe it was police figuring OT costs and invoicing the Buckeroo. Which are we requiring this time around? · Are we requiring them to provide a transportation plan map? Will the police help in directing traffic, or will they need to provide people for that? · There’s no mention of a security company of any sort. Richard Long realizes the permits are incomplete, but wanted to get them in to begin the process. Please specify what each department needs/expects or if you are all just meeting again and working the details out there.
