Attachments: scan.pdf; This is more of an FYI rather than a request for approval since the event is this weekend. Just received the permit today after Dennis went over and HAND-DELIVERED it to get some information filled out, and waited for them to fill out, then brought it back to City Hall. They knew it was required and had received it months ago. With that being said, it’s been determined there will be 400+ riders alone attending, if that gives you a clue as to how many people all together will be there. Last I knew they were going to seek the school district’s approval to camp on the field there across from the BMX track, however I have not received any documentation indicating their request was approved.
