Correct. It is operations. Prior phase houses the Sr. Engineering Tech and built meeting space for PW to use for project and administrative meetings. It was also coupled with water, sewer, storm, and general fund money. Project was listed in CIP and each budget year that work has been done.
If this is coming from Jimmy, its interesting that no objections were made by him when he was Mayor and the projects were listed in the CIP and budget he reviewed.

Regarding a question of $50,000 use of our gas tax revenue for a City Hall remodel:
Gas Tax may only be used for specific operation and maintenance activities that local governments perform. The State of Oregon defines these activities as ---------------------
The City Hall remodel is an office space remodel in a section of City Hall that will house the Project Manager position (yet to be hired). We have identified Gas Tax for a portion of this remodel cost because the office space will be used by an individual who will be working with the Public Works Director and Operations Supervisor to administer these funds we receive annually.
