Enclosed is a schedule of meetings and dates for the 2020 Action Plan process. The project proposals are still under review. In two weeks, I will send you another meeting reminder with the 2020-2021 Funding Recommendations on the proposed projects. At this point in the FY 2020 planning process, the actual allocation amount of CDBG, HOME or ESG funding has not been determined. We anticipate that the level of CDBG funding and ESG funding will remain flat with no increase or decrease. On Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at 3:00 PM, we have scheduled time to answer any questions you might have regarding projects proposed for funding with 2020 funds. For those interested in meeting, this will take place in Meeting Room #288 on the 2nd floor of the County’s Public Service Building. The Public Services Building is located at 2051 Kaen Road in Oregon City. For directions, please call Kimberley Hebard at 503-655-8591. The 2020 projects will be included in the County’s Action Plan which will be considered by the Board of Commissioners during a public hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2020. The Action Plan needs to be submitted to HUD by the end of May in order for the County to be eligible to receive 2020 funds. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at 503-650-5664 or marksir@clackamas.us.
