Dan I do not think the paint alone will cost more than $400, we can get it from Ace at any time. Before paint is applied they will likely look at the structure and decide they want it pressure washed. This takes an extension ladder and two people about 4 hours (I can see that in my crystal ball). If they are nice enough to propose doing that themselves then we can provide the power and water hookup for their machine.
My personal policy is never to pick colors. So if you or Gerald don’t pick a color, then I would be telling them “match existing”. (Remember the “Kelly” incident in the Courtroom?)

Mitch – We are doing well here – just a little bored!
I will check into the Gazebo. Andy Peters is our Operations Supervisor and tends to know everything that needs to be accomplished in our Parks. We should probably chat one of these days about potential projects for you all. One area that the community is in real need is playground replacement. We started a playground fund this current fiscal year and MCC is considering partnering with us for a project. Just a thought.

How are you? Hope all is well. I am serving as the Rotary President aging this year. So I am reaching out to you on behalf of our club.
It was brought to my attention through a conversation with Leota that the Gazebo in Long Park might need painted. If this is something that you/the city want done, we would love to help with that project. However I don't want to be the one to pick the paint color or decide how you want it to look. If this is a project that you do want done, could we partner with the city to do this if you let us know how you want it to look when we are done? Let me know your thoughts on this. If you provided the paint, we would take care of putting it on.
