Importance: Normal
The PD has 18 vehicles in its fleet. All vehicles are 2015 or newer Dodge charges, Dodge Durango’s and Ford Explorers. All run on gasoline and are internal combustion engines. Miles traveled and fuel consumption varies as they are all assigned to individual officers, who work different shifts and my be assigned different tasks.

Subject: Request for data for Climate Action Plan work - City Fleets
Dear City Managers,
Thank you so much for your help thus far in the County’s work to advance the climate action plan study. We are moving into the next phase of gathering more data. Presently, we are seeking your help to provide data about the fleets in your cities. Your help will ensure we get a complete look at vehicle use by a variety of agencies, including public agencies. The list below covers the fleet categories our climate team is looking for. We’d be happy to receive this data in whatever format you have or would like to provide it in (excel, word, pdf, etc.).
Our team is looking for this information by Friday, December 4. If you or your team needs more time please let me know and we can make it work.
Thank you so much, and please let me know if you have any questions.
Happy Thanksgiving Week! Stay safe out there.
