Folks, pushing the "happy thanksgiving" positive: Saturday night Cody and Rich responded to the duty phone, and spent the next 4 hours clearing this customers' sewer lateral. It's just part of the job, and I know all City Staff in every department are always put in this level of effort for our City. But this morning I had this thank you note in my inbox from the Customer, telling me Cody and Rich were knowledgeable, quick, and provided excellent customer service. I felt it should be passed along.
And Cody had the whole thing so well documented in a work order that I had no questions at all for him, which was my favorite part.

I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I was to have your on-call person Cody, and I think his name was Rich come to a sewer back up in the street which in turn backed up into my house. It was on Friday night around 4:30p.m. They both arrived in a very timely manner and were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They both worked extremely hard to unclog the line. Their customer service was excellent. Were able to address all my concerns. Two great guys to have on your team. Thank you all very much for the work that you do! I know you all do not get recognized enough. Good to know you have employees like that.
