Hi Carol,
Not sure I understand the question because it is not really a complete or coherent sentence.
The truck route gets them to OR 211 where they can go west to I-5 and OR 213 or east towards Colton and Estacada. They have the option of using County and State Roads outside of the City of Molalla. To the south is Thomas Road and Dart Road that will take them to OR 213. To the north is Vaughn, Vick, Molalla Avenue, Macksburg and Union Mills which also connect to OR 211.
Point is that trucks wishing to go through Molalla and using it as a through route will no longer be able to use Molalla Avenue through the downtown core once the truck route is in place. Local access to downtown businesses will still be allowed.

Got an editorial question—how do through trucks go to get out of the city—get off Heintz and Section—once they are moving out of Molalla?
