Hey,

Sorry I must have missed this one somehow. Glad things are looking better.

So to be clear, you want a template for the URA to loan funds to a developer, correct? I assume all of the projects that will be funded will be within the District and a part of the Plan, correct? Assuming that is correct, then we will just need some basic terms for the program such as repayment terms, interest rates, etc…

We can put together a template and leave this information blank for now if that works???

Best,

Chad

Chad we were hoping to have you craft a development agreement for the use of urban renewal funds. With our new round of urban renewal funding Council updated the Plan to specifically allow the District administer “loans” for infrastructure projects within the public right-of-way that are the requirement of a development such as a sidewalk or water main. What we need is an agreement for the property owner to tap into this program and make payments to the District.

We are out of harm’s way here in Molalla at the moment and back in business. Either Gerald or I can chat about this.
