Good Morning,
This policy has been updated to clarify that special leave is intended to be used for documented exposure to COVOD-19 along with directed quarantine as supported by the CDC, the OHA, or the Yamhill County Health Department. The preventive closure of schools directed by the Governor, which essentially starts Spring Break a week early, may certainly create challenges for families with children. Please work with your supervisor if you need flexibility and be prepared to utilize your accrued leave if necessary. If you have submitted a form for leave this morning, you will need to resubmit the new form in compliance with the updated policy. Thank you.
