The change in very good was the addition of Bear Creek and Twin Meadows subdivisions. See attached PDF. We’ve dropped almost 10 points since we did the road evaluation and the continued decline is a direct result of passage of the Citizens Initiative to overturn City Council’s adoption of a road utility fee.
