Sewer video link below for your viewing pleasure. Sewer main installed in 1995 and the lateral was installed with a reverse grade. Had inspection been done and had the inspector measured the drop to the pipe at the main and again at the edge of the street they would have figured this out. Can’t stress more the importance of inspection, pressure testing, and review of video inspections on projects.
